Biography
Melissa Norkett is a CSR in our Personal Lines department. Melissa works hard to take care of each client with great attention to detail. She is responsive and approaches each client with a smile. Her background in client service, accounts receivable, and as a bank associate helps Melissa to understand the needs of the clients she serves. Melissa studied General Psychology at College of DuPage, Child Psychology at Elmhurst College, and Business Administration at Ashford University. Melissa holds her Property and Casualty License. When she’s not at work, Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her favorite trip was to San Antonio, TX. Melissa is driven by the trust placed in her by each client, and she is motivated by being part of a supportive team. Melissa is happy to educate our clients on their policies and quotes to ensure all questions are answered. Her goal is to build client relationships through trust and education, and she is happy to be available to answer questions about policies and quotes.
